We do offer an emergency service whereby no one in urgent need is ever turned away during surgery hours. Please call the surgery as soon as possible if your condition needs urgent attention.

Our receptionists generally book routine appointments on a first come, first served basis, usually in negotiation with the patient as to the most mutually convenient time.

We cannot always guarantee that patients will be seen at the appointed time or that they will be seen by the doctor they have arranged to see.

Patients requiring routine appointments should book a few days in advance, allowing at least 48 hours. You have the right to express a preference for a particular practitioner, such as a female doctor, and we’ll do our best to accommodate this. Any such preference should be clearly mentioned at the time of making the appointment.
